General Manager
Jamie Whitehead was just a small town girl, livin' in a lonely world. She took the midnight train goin' anywhere, and ended up at New West Presentations. Since 2008, Jamie has served as the voice of reason for the venue, and now fills the role of General Manager of Cricket Wireless Amphitheater. Her primary roles include contracts, operations, correcting spelling errors, accounting, and keeping Chris and Matt in line. A current resident of Overland Park, Jamie's favorites include culinary adventures, puggles, and freelance fortune cookie writing.
Assistant General Manager
Matt was rescued from a cardboard box on the rainy streets of East St. Louis by New West Presentations, with nothing to his name other than a torn pair of Converse and a thermos. Since 2010, Matt has served as the resident "fireman" of New West, putting out the fires (both literal and figurative) at the venue, usually caused by Chris. His duties at the venue include ticketing, production, and creating unnecessary photoshops of the staff with famous people. Now living in downtown Kansas City, Matt enjoys playing guitar, attending beer festivals, and professional unicorn hunting.
