Remember that this weekend Capitol Federal Park @ Sandstone is hosting the Great American Barbeque. We are thrilled to once again have this event, which is now in its seventh consecutive year.
Stop by and you can visit with over 190 teams from more than 10 different states that are here competing for cash and prizes.
In addition to the great BBQ that is featured, you’ll also find carnival rides, live music, food court vendors, sauce sampling tent and a huge fireworks display that will conclude Friday night's event.
Proceeds from this event will be donated to various Kansas City charities including the Fox 4 Love Fund. Hope to see you all here on Friday and Saturday May 21st and 22nd!!!
